Terms and Conditions

Last updated: February 28, 2026

1. Overview

These terms and conditions govern your use of the CMSNextify website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

CMSNextify provides website migration services, moving websites from WordPress and other legacy platforms to modern, fast alternatives. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before any project begins.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the information you share with us about your current website. Final pricing is confirmed after we complete an initial audit of your site. Prices are fixed per project — no hourly rates or hidden fees.

A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes significantly from what was originally discussed.

4. Project Process

  • Projects begin only after both parties agree on the scope and pricing.
  • You will receive a staging version of your new site for review before anything goes live.
  • Nothing is published to your live domain without your explicit approval.
  • Each project includes 30 days of post-launch support at no additional cost.

5. Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth migration, you agree to:

  • Provide access to your current website and hosting as needed
  • Review and provide feedback on the staging site in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the rights to all content being migrated

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all your content, images, and data. Upon project completion, you own the resulting website and all associated code. We do not claim ownership of any client materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth migration, CMSNextify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project before work begins with no penalty. If work has already started, a partial payment may be due based on the work completed up to that point.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
